**Job Description**:
Due to continual growth and investment within our Valuation & Advisory Services team, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Team Assistant to join the division. This role will enable you to enjoy a varied position, providing administrative support to the team based in our Brisbane CBD office.

In this key support role, you will enjoy a wide range of responsibilities which include:

- Preparation and formatting submission documents and reports for external distribution
- Producing letters using a nationally approved valuation format
- Managing internal and external enquiries and correspondence for the team including travel bookings and general correspondence
- Updating of internal databases
- Invoicing, preparation of invoices

**Qualifications**:
To meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

- Experience in a support role or property related experience
- Strong MS Office skills; in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to pick up a task and manage the process to completion
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
