Commercial Assistance

Perth > Northern Suburbs & Joondalup Full Time **Sales > New Business Development** To assist the company in its growth, we are searching for a full-time sales assistant who will be able to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. **Responsibilities**: - Support the Office Manager/ Director with Sales and Administration tasks on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to assisting with sales enquiries, raising quotations and technical proposals for customers. - Answering customers’ requests; assisting with sales enquiries. - Requesting quotes from suppliers; arranging logistics from suppliers and to customers. - Following the delivery of all projects. - Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. - Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability - Establishing and maintaining collaborative and proactive working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a high-quality outcome. - Establishing and maintaining collaborative and proactive working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services. - Be an ambassador of Profluid’s brand and values in order to drive sales. Qualifications and experience Essential: - Have good computer skills and good knowledge of office software packages. - Have strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Be reliable, punctual, adaptable and demonstrate high integrity. - Capability to continuously improve through feedback. - Have a proven experience in sales, ideally in Business-to-Business context Desirable: - Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks with excellent time management. - Excellent communication (Fluent English) - High levels of attention to detail and a keen interest in maximising efficiencies. - Curiosity or passion for engineering and technology
