Baltour is a modern care home set in a lush, leafy suburb on the Lower North Shore of Sydney. You’ll be close to the local community with neighbouring; school, church, parks, Chatswood shopping precinct, local shops and transport links nearby. It consists of 85 beds, with a variety of care units. Our primary goal is placing our focus on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents.

**About the Role**

Use your fantastic cleaning skills in a role where you really can make a difference. Provide our residents with an empathetic and personal approach.

**Duties**
- Maintain legislated safety, quality and hygiene standards
- Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas
- Complete required documentation and reporting
- Ad hoc support to the broader team as required, including laundry and catering

**Skills and Experience**
- Cert III Hospitality highly regarded
- Aged care experience highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards and Outcomes
- Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week

**How to Apply**

Baltour is a NDIS approved provider. As part of the NDIS scheme, employees working within a NDIS facility, in a risk assessed role, must have a completed NDIS check. This is part of compliance and needs to be completed prior to commencement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
