People & Culture Manager in Fashion
**Key Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end recruitment process management
- Oversee on-boarding and new hire orientation
- Develop and implement an amazing employee experience; ensuring team members are engaged
- Continuously improve employee value proposition
- Coordinate off-boarding, including conducting exit interviews
- Coach line managers to improve the performance of their teams
- Design and execute HR strategies, programs and initiatives
- Lead workforce planning and change management
- Work with managers and supervisors to set and review staff KPIs
- Conduct monthly check-ins with all team members
- Plan company events
- Ad hoc HR-related duties as required
**Skills & Experience**
- You have around 5 years of experience as a P&C or HR Manager; fashion brand experience preferred
- You have experience working in companies of 100+ employees
- You have worked with growing teams and fast-paced businesses
- You have understanding of HR policies and best practice
- You are a strong communicator
- You're a master of problem solving and being proactive
- You have a positive attitude with the flexibility to take on additional tasks when required
- Knowledge of USA HR policies would be beneficial but not mandatory
