**About the opportunity**

As the Handover Supervisor you will be responsible for:

- Inspecting buildings against the relevant Building Act, Codes, and associated Regulations
- Preparing handover inspection reports and associated documentation in accordance with company policy
- Attending to 90-day post-build service inspection
- Arranging for the supply of goods and services where necessary, covering the defect liability period items and warranty requests
- Managing complaints and ensuring building compliance is achieved
- Continually improving company processes and liaising with the Service & Warranty Manager to minimise building practices that produce after sales maintenance requirements
- Ensuring compliance with WH&S policies and processes
- Tactfully and courteously dealing with customers, suppliers, and tradesman on after sales service issues
- Rotational after-hours emergency line on-call duty

**About you**

You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:

- A trade background, Certificate IV in Building Management or similar experience
- Sound knowledge of Construction and the building process within the Residential Housing Industry
- Good computer and MS Office skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Outstanding, organisational, and planning abilities with the ability to work under pressure
- A flexible approach and attitude towards your work
- Current-driver’s license and have regular access to a reliable vehicle.
