Your role at St John of God Healthcare at Home
We are seeking Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our growing HAH services across multiple sites in Victoria.
We have several permanent and casual positions available at Ballarat, Bendigo, Berwick and Geelong.
You will provide nursing care patients in their place of residence within the community. This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated and professional clinical team who provide excellent standards of care to patients throughout the community
The Position- Capacity to understand and willingness to support and promote the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.- Commitment to organisation’s service ethos through the provision of excellent service.- Assess and document the anticipated needs of the patient.- Make relevant referrals as necessary.- Assess the occupational health and safety needs in the home and organize occupational therapy assessment to improve safety if necessary.- In accordance with the prepared nursing care plan provide care that encourages the return to independent living where appropriate.- Liaise closely with the Registered Nurse, Clinical Case Manager and treating Doctor to maintain the highest possible standard of nursing care within the home.- Observe, record and report to a Registered Nurse specific and general physical and mental conditions of patients, and symptoms and signs which may be indicative of change.
Successful applicants will hold a valid State Drivers Licence and be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
Registered Nurses must have minimum three years post graduate experience in acute nursing or speciality.

We can offer you- Salary: RN $79,535 to $100,984 plus 12% Superannuation- Salary: EN $63,087 to $75,324 plus 12% Superannuation- Casual rate: RN $50.15 to $63.68 (inclusive of 25% loading) plus 12% Superannuation- Casual rate: EN $39.78 to $47.50 (inclusive of 25% loading) plus 12% Superannuation- Permanent and casual positions available- Salary packaging up to $18,550 on a range of benefits such as mortgage, rent, meal entertainment, holiday accommodation or other everyday living expenses as well as options to salary package benefits above the FBT cap on items such as:
