Quality Aluminium Fabrications is looking for a salesperson to join the team.

The role would be suited to someone who is experienced in sales and would be of large benefit of the salesperson also had experience in construction quoting.

Although the position is Gold Coast based, we are also open to applicants from anywhere who may be looking to relocate to the area.

The Team

Quality Aluminium Fabrications is a manufacturer and installer of custom aluminium fences, gates and balustrades.

Our factory is based in Burleigh Heads servicing Northern NSW & Southeast QLD, where we fabricate and powder coat work which are then delivered to site for our multiple installation teams.

We pride ourselves on not only a high-quality custom product, but on high quality customer service for both our larger commercial and smaller residential projects.

The Job

The tasks included in the salespersons role will be to take details provided from customer including measurements and designed, determine materials required and labour estimates to complete task and quote to customer. Also, to follow up with customer to get the sale across the line. The client base is both residential clientele as well as site managers & builders on commercial sites.

Having existing industry connections is welcomed but not mandatory.

The Applicant

The successful applicate will have;
- experienced in previous sales roles.
- ability to interpret plans/read drawings.
- good communication is a must as will need to speak to a range of parties involved in the process.
- be a quick learner.
- self-managed/self-started. We are not looking to micro-manage, we need someone who will instinctively know what the next step will be.

**Salary**: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
