**About Our Client**:

- Our client is an innovative insurtech company, that entered the Australian market in 2019 with a focus on digitising previously analog processes. They have consistently achieved success and are now seeking an experienced **Commercial Motor Underwriter** **to join their team. This role is crucial to driving the growth of the motor portfolio and supporting the business’s long-term success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and expand the company’s motor portfolio
- Contribute to product development initiatives
- Provide technical underwriting support to the relationship management teams
- Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Minimum of 4 years of commercial motor underwriting experience
- Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance
- Proven ability to manage and foster client relationships
- Experience in pricing decisions and market analysis
