Pfizer (Perth) Pty Ltd is a Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in Bentley, supplying products to over 80 countries.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Production team as a Casual Pharmaceutical Operator.

Operating within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, the focus of the position is to:

- Utilise a wide range of skills, including the ability to operate, adjust and troubleshoot assigned production processes.
- Adhere with Good Manufacturing Practices through established standards.
- Demonstrate strong attention to compliance with EHS standards to protect yourself and others.
- Demonstrated ability in continuous improvement.
- Practice strong ethics through leading by example.
- Assist with filling, inspection and packing operations.

Various rosters (approx. 40 hours per week) will be available based on vacancies in different production lines. Rosters are either 8 hours long Monday to Friday or rotating 12-hours covering 7 day operations.

Successful applicants must meet the following criteria:

- Previous experience showing a strong attention to detail.
- Successful completion of Secondary College and/or Tertiary Qualification.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to punctuality and attendance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- National Police clearance demonstrating suitability for employment in this environment.

Applicants are required to undertake a pre-employment medical examination to meet the inherent requirements of the role. These requirements include but are not limited to visual acuity, colour vision deficiency, skin conditions and manual handling capacity.
