Trainer and Assessor

Minecraft College of Australia is a Registered Training Organisation, currently seeking dedicated and experienced Trainers & Assessors to join our dynamic team to deliver and assess the prospective courses:

- CPC20220 Certificate II in Construction Pathways
- BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
- BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business
- BSB50120 Diploma of Business

Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Ensuring a high level of training is provided to students
- Supporting students in their studies
- Conducting practical skills sessions
- Ensuring a high level of customer service to students/clients via all means of communication (be it verbal or written)
- Work with management and other staff to develop strategies to improve the quality of training and assessment
- Support the implementation of new systems

Key Selection Criteria
- TAE40116 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Relevant Qualification that you are interested in teaching
- Hold a current White Card
- Ability to plan and organise training, set priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with students/clients and key stakeholders
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Good computer skills or the ability to acquire them
- Ability to follow processes and procedures for online databases (both internal and external)

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

- Weekend availability
