**What You Will Be Doing**
- A full-time vacancy currently exists in our Dorevitch Commercial team for a Commercial Liaison Officer based at our head office in Heidelberg.
- Utilising your knowledge of Pathology Laboratory processes coupled with your excellent sales, negotiation and administrative skills, you will thrive in this busy and fast-paced role.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing support to the B2B Manager
- Daily management of Government and private sector contracts
- Management of both internal team and external client requests
- Negotiating and upselling commercial pathology services
- Coordination of onsite activities
- Administrative duties including the preparation of quotes, invoices, agreements and standard operating procedures

**What Type of Person Will Be Successful**

**These are the type of attributes & skills you would possess**:

- An understanding of Pathology Laboratory Processes
- Experience in managing large private sector and Government contracts
- Expert problem-solving skills with the aptitude to think outside the box
- Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Experience in general administration duties
- Five-star customer service skills, with a strong emphasis on building and maintaining great relationships
- Knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems, particularly ULTRA (advantageous)
- Knowledge of the Australian/New Zealand Standard 4308, procedure for specimen collection and the detection and quantification of drugs in urine (advantageous)
