Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a dynamic team of production workers in a modern facility
- Oversee the steel frame assembly process and distribution of materials
- Manage workforce and rolling machine operations, ensuring efficiency and precision
- Ensure compliance with all WH&S policies, prioritising a safe work environment
- Coordinate workforce rosters for day and afternoon shifts
- Supervise daily floor operations to ensure customer orders are completed on time and to the highest quality
- Play a key role in mentoring and developing team members
