**About the role**

We are seeking a part-time School Camping Fieldworker who will plan and deliver school camping programs. In this role, you will build a strong culture and a high-performance team and manage the various functions of programs and operations. This is a part-time role (3 days per week).

**What we offer**:

- 5 weeks annual leave (pro-rata)
- Close knit team environment
- 2 devotion days a year and annual prayer retreat
- Experience in camping and facilitating programs for children and young people (preferably within a Christian ministry context)
- Experience in leading and training volunteers
- Passion for ministry and camping programs
