One of Australia’s high profile **Federal Government Department** is looking to engage with an experienced **Support Analyst / System Support - Level 2/3** to develop and maintain relationships with other technical staff, and work with them to investigate, document and resolve complex user incidents. The successful **Support Analyst / System Support** will secure a **12 month contract **with **extension options** for a further 24 months and a **rewarding hourly rate.**
The successful **Support Analyst / System Support** will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Undertake analysis of all escalated support tasks (Level 2 and 3) taking appropriate action to reach resolution
- Work collaboratively with other Grants program areas and the Grants and System Support team
- Write and update knowledge base and user help articles
- Use departmental service management tool to manage tasks and issues
The successful **Support Analyst / System Support** will have experience in the following:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills interfacing with key project stakeholders
- Experience in administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Demonstrated experience working within an Azure service is highly desirable.
