Seed are currently looking for a talented and committed
**Area Visual Merchandising Manager **to join the VIC team
**.** Reporting to the State Visual Merchandising Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring all Seed stores within the area are presented in accordance with the visual standards and Brand identity, and strive to achieve visual excellence. You will be working across the Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo and Werribee stores.

**ALL ABOUT YOU**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years merchandising experience across multiple sites (with fashion apparel or childrenswear experience as an advantage)
- Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
- Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Applying/interpreting and implementing the Instore VM Guidelines
- In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
- Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
- Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concepts
- Seed Heritage seeks to provide an unparalleled shopping experience and brand aesthetic, comprising of beautifully designed apparel, accessories and footwear for woman, teen, child and baby._
- We now reach a global audience, boasting more than 280 stores in destinations including New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore._

**_To be considered for this Melbourne-based position, you are required to hold a current Driver’s Licence and have a reliable vehicle for travel to both the local stores and the regional Victorian stores._**
