School Cafe Manger

We are seeking an experienced **School Cafe Manager** to join our team on the North Shore. Our School canteens cater delicious and nutritious teas, lunches and barista made coffee to staff and students at multiple North Shore schools.

**The Details**
- Hours 40 hours per week from 7am to 4pm (**during school term**)
- Substantial role, this venue coordinates for multiple sites

**Duties**
- Managing the operations of a school site & 5 satellite sites
- Making coffees and preparing food
- Merchandising the canteens
- Stock control and management
- Developing and training the staff members
- Ensure Health / Food safety compliance is maintained
- Reporting and quality control

**To be successful**
- Previous experience in opening & closing
- Food preparation skills & barista abilities are essential
- Front of House focused
- Good computer literacy - Proficient using Word and Excel
- Cash handling, balancing and reporting experience
- Ability to support and develop the skills of team
- Operational understanding of COGS and labour budgets is desirable
