**Your Role as a Duty Manager;**
You'll play a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our thriving pub, Forrester's. Across 2 levels, with Public Bar, Art Room, Phylli's Garden and Upstairs, hosting regular trivia nights, comedy nights, and a popular event space for all as well as a regulars go to for a knock off or $15 Monday Steak Night.
- We are a NO GAMING venue so you have time to focus on delivering top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Managing staff shifts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Contributing to event planning and promotions to keep the energy buzzing.
- Handling inventory, orders, and maintaining a well-stocked bar.
- Upholding health and safety standards to provide a safe experience for all.
