**URGENT HIRING: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR**

We are looking for experienced and reliable **Boilermaker/Welder Supervisor **for our client in **Harvey **to start **ASAP for a LONG TERM job.**
- Location: Harvey, WA (Workshop)
- Inclusive period: Start ASAP - long term job
- Dayshift - 6.00AM to 4.30PM Monday to Friday
- Afternoon /Evening shift is dependent on hours being worked
- Weekly payout
- Rates: $55ph (dayshift) + $57ph (nightshift)
- Plus $3ph incentives

Must have:

- Trade Qualification
- Confined Space ticket (valid within 2 years)
- Working at Heights (valid within 2 years)
- HRWL - LF

Job Scope:

- Overall supervision of your fabrication team consisting of trades people, apprentices, and trade assistants.
- Ensuring that all products leaving the workshop confirm to the company quality standards.
- Daily liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure workflow and production targets are met.
- Assist with the allocation of staff and resources to enable products to be manufactured on time and on budget.
- Provide clear instructions to employees on how to undertake jobs.
- Coach and support employees to develop as Boilermakers while building their confidence.
- Oversee the training of apprentices.
- Maintain safe work areas and practices at all times.
- Ensure equipment and machinery are regularly maintained.
- Maintain a team culture in the workshop.
- As a whole, ensure products are manufactured in a safe, friendly environment, to the highest quality, within time frames and budgets.
- Manage employee performance including day to day formal performance reviews.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $60.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
