Van Driver/ Supervisor

Pasticceria Papa is seeking a motivated and dedicated Driver/Supervisor to join the team at our Five Dock location. You must hold a current Australian Drivers License and be able to deliver to metro Sydney

We require a Van Driver/ Supervisor to deliver our Wholesale Food products to various food retailer throughout Sydney and to manage a small team of Drivers.

You need to enjoy being on the road and have a pleasant manner with Customers. You will need to be prepared to work a 6 day week from Monday to Saturday on average 6 hours per day, early morning starts, 36 hours per week, but you are paid for a 38 hour week.
- Able to drive a Company (refrigerated) Van with a proven excellent driving record.
- Able to work unsupervised and to be responsible for delivery promptness
- Able to Supervisor a small team of Drivers
- Able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to and an eye for detail.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be a Solid communicator
- Able to take responsibility for the quality of product being packed and loaded.
- Able to manage the entire delivery process.
- Prepared to take responsibility for Drivers performance in terms of efficiency and effectiveness.
- Able to work with management to develop better processes and procedures to ensure an effective delivery schedule is maintained and improved, through a rapid growth period.
