**About the role**

Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to work directly out of our Osborne Park office. Reporting to the Cost & Admin Manager you will assist our construction teams both in Perth and site with the day-to-day administrative task as required.

**The role**
- Provide administrative support to the relevant project and the Project Leadership team
- Acting as a point of contact for site employees and referring queries to appropriate stakeholders
- Processing timesheets - reviewing hours and coding, entering new personnel into the Timesheet system, submitting leave requests.
- RDO lists
- Preparing Prestart BAC lists daily
- Site access for visitors
- Order stationery and uniforms
- Collection and distribution of contractor dockets
- Collation of Health and Safety statistics
- Assist with prep of weekly/monthly reports
- Safety KPI’s and Scanning
- Maintain registers including Fuel, Gift cards, Equipment
- Force reports
- Ensuring relevant information is posted in crib rooms for blue-collar employees
- Assist contractors with records required
- Manage Roster
- Arranging flights and accommodation at all camps, amending bookings as required
- New mobilisations (contacts, roster, etc)
- Maintain personnel records including quals, VOC’s
- Monitoring any journey managements

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs specifically with Excel.
Experience using INX program highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work across numerous tasks and maintain a high standard.
- High level accuracy and attention to detail.
- A general understanding of the construction or mining sectors highly advantageous.
