Catering Supervisor

**Our opportunity**:
We are looking for **Catering Supervisor**to work with our **Kew Gardens Aged Care**team based in **Kew**. This role is responsible for supervising daily operations and the performance of our passionate catering team members.

**The Role**:

- Manage day to day operations, including staff supervision and rosters
- Hands on and assistant the kitchen in food preparation
- Provide a warm welcome to all residents, responding to all request in a timely manner
- Be a point of contact for complaints, ensuring they are resolved
- Ensure client satisfaction by fostering relationships with key stakeholders

**About You**:

- Ideally, you’ll have previous leadership experience of front of house and/or back of house teams
- Be a team player and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Food Safety Supervisor training (or willing to complete)
- Possess a National Police Clearance, COVID and flu vaccinations (or be willing to obtain)
