We have part-time positions available for Care Assistants supporting our clients at our beautiful Noosa Heads Aged Care Facility. Delivering the quintessential Noosa experience, Ozcare Noosa Heads features large open verandahs and courtyards to relax and soak up your tranquil surrounds.

**Your Role**

As a Care Assistant you'll be looking after the most important people in our organisation - our clients. Your tasks will include:

- Providing the very best care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
- Assisting clients to develop skills to encourage their independence
- Attending to clients' personal care needs, including showering, dressing and other daily activities
- Assisting clients with their medication requirements
- Working as part of the care team, using a holistic approach, to look at every aspect of our clients' care

- The flexibility to work a varied roster, including morning, afternoon, evening and weekend shifts

**How You'll Benefit**

**Role Requirements**
- Be vaccinated against Influenza & at least 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or Home & Community Care or willingness to obtain _(prior experience in a direct care role will also be considered) _
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates or willingness to obtain
- Good computer and mobile device skills
