Our practice is seeking a part-time medical receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. Initially, the position will be three days per week (Monday & Thursday, Friday) with the flexibility to cover other days where necessary.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Welcoming patients and visitors
- Answering the telephone and in-person inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Keeping reception area clean and professional

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a specialist practice is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with Genie & Shexie software highly regarded
- Confidence to work autonomously
- Medical typing experience
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour
