Ecommerce Manager

Melbourne-based company,
- Part-Time Position

**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Manager to manage our eCommerce store.

This role directly reports to the business owner and will collaborate with the business vendors, shipping companies, web developers and marketing teams.

**Some of the key responsibilities include**:

- Manage products upload to the Woocommerce backend
- Plan and implement online merchandising; this includes price positioning, bundled deals, the configuration of add-ons/related products, product category organisation, and identifying any key product development opportunities
- Coordinate with digital ad agencies to improve performance.
- Maintain pricing, product imagery, inventory and content on eCommerce databases
- Provide basic customer support
- Be able to make basic updates to the website
- Basic knowledge of photoshop

**We are ideally looking for someone who has**:

- Strong experience in eCommerce and digital, especially dealing with Wordpress sites and Woocommerce
- Experience managing price book and developing consumer promotions with consideration to gross profit outcomes
- Ideally from a retail consumer products background but open to industry
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Highly motivated and a great integrator
- Confident decision maker with autonomous drive

You must be an Australian/New Zealand citizen, have Australian Permanent Resident status or a valid Australian work visa. You must also be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $23.72 per hour
