**Mercedes-Benz North Shore** is proud to be servicing Sydney’s North Shore for over 60 years. We have showrooms at Mosman and Chatswood, a stand-alone State of the Art Service Centre at Artarmon. We are delighted to offer this exciting new opportunity for a super star to join our team.

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic **Workshop Controller** to join our busy **Artarmon Mercedes-Benz** team on a full-time basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily tasks for a team of technicians
- Oversee technician productivity and efficiency
- Prioritise repair orders for timely completion
- Assist with technical problem-solving
- Suggest additional work to the Service Advisor team for customer notification
- Ensure repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures, seeking clarification when needed
- Lead qualified technicians and apprentices to optimise service delivery
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer benchmarks
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in setting and achieving service sales and profit objectives
- Control workshop activity to maximise profitability

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Good command of the English language
- Full work rights in Australia
- Relevant work experience and trade qualifications
- MVTC essential
- Air-Conditioning License preferred
- ASCIS & AUVIS License preferred
- Previous Workshop Controller experience preferred but not essential
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Sound automotive technical knowledge
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Current Australian or International drivers license
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time management skills
