As an Area Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in our retail operations, leading multiple stores across both metropolitan and regional areas across VIC, ACT and NSW. - Drive Excellence: Lead our stores to achieve operational brilliance, from meeting sales targets to ensuring top-notch customer service and maintaining high standards in merchandising and stock integrity.
- Cultivate Culture: Build and nurture a high-performing team culture. Your role involves hiring the right talent, coaching and mentoring, and implementing succession planning strategies to develop future leaders from within.
- Champion Safety: Foster a culture of safety by proactively addressing hazards and risks, leading safety training, and ensuring our safety standards are met across all locations.
- Embrace Growth: Support our business strategy by leading change initiatives, encouraging innovation, and adapting to evolving conditions with agility and flexibility.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in multi-site retail leadership, with a proven track record of driving high performance and meeting commercial targets across multi-site business.
- Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales and EBIT targets, identify efficiencies, and implement business plans for sustainable growth. Experience working in retail space with warehouse requirements a definite advantage.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to build rapport with teams and stakeholders alike.
- Coaching Skills: A talent for inspiring and developing teams, creating high levels of engagement, and maintaining a focus on results and solutions.
