About the role
Fixed term temporary full time opportunity to support the planning, development and negotiation of procurement activities for clinical and non-clinical equipment (incl. capital projects) across Metro North Hospital and Health Service, in a client focussed and transparent manner. The role is involved in the delivery of procurement and contract management activities for Metro North covering
About you
- Protection of Metro North reputation by ensuring highest standard possible is achieved in procurement activities including probity, accountability and transparency
- Undertake procurement activities as directed by the Principal Procurement & Contract Officer including maintaining a positive relationship with all customers and suppliers
- Liaise with legal advisers, as required, to ensure robust offer/tendering and contract development
