**About Us**

TT International Group Pty Ltd is a Sydney-based export company specialising in premium Australian complementary medicines and health supplements. Since our establishment in March 2020, we have focused on serving the Asia-Pacific region, particularly the Chinese market.

We partner with FPA, one of Australia’s leading health product manufacturers, to supply a wide range of products including capsules, tablets, effervescent tablets, liquids, and gummies. Our main distributors are located in Shanghai and Xiamen.

Our goal is to expand our network across more cities and deliver high-quality products with excellent service and reliable operational support.

**About the role**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional Sales and Marketing Manager to expand our business and develop and execute strategies that drive sales growth and increase market share for our products. This role requires a dynamic individual with a deep understanding of the targeted markets, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Develop and implementtailored sales and marketing strategies for the Asia-Pacific region, with a particular emphasis on the Chinese market, to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.

2. Lead the sales and marketing team in establishing sales targets, achieving them, and enhancing overall operational efficiency and market performance.

3. Identify and establish new regional distribution partners, while maintaining strong relationships with existing key distributors in markets such as Shanghai and Xiamen. Analyze consumer behaviour, competitor activity, and channel performance in key markets to support data-driven marketing decisions and refine marketing strategies.

4. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profit margins.

5. Develop and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns aimed at promoting our products.

6. Provide strategic input and advise on product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies.

7. Compile and present comprehensive sales and marketing reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**

1. A Bachelor’s degree or above is required.

2. 5+ years of proven experience in strategic sales and marketing leadership, including success in mid-to-senior level management roles.

3. Proven APAC sales and marketing experience, specialising in the China market.

4. Build and mentor a growing marketing team focused on digital, branding, conversion, and lead generation.

5. Align marketing activities with sales, operations, and commercial priorities through close collaboration with senior leadership.

6. Experience establishing robust frameworks, systems, and reporting tools to scale and optimize marketing efforts.

7. Lead project marketing initiatives across regions and business units.

8. Reimagine brand presence with a fresh, engaging, and customer-centric approach.

9. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred.

**How to apply**

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
