Incident Responder

In this role you will perform Emergency and Incident Response, Freeway Inspections, Traffic Control, and ensure the integrity and performance of project equipment.

**Duties**:

- Attend to reported incidents as directed for the motorway, tunnels, and shared use paths
- Assist and liaise with Emergency Services requirements during major incidents.
- Attend to breakdowns and liaise with the owner for removal or repair
- Provide traffic management services after incidents
- Proactively patrol the Eastlink freeway, tunnels and interchanges and report issues.
- Document and maintain activities via the Computerised Maintenance Management System

**About you**:

- Experience/qualifications in Civil, Road, Vehicle Maintenance, Traffic Operations and/or Incident Response
- Demonstrated capability to work on freeways and road systems, a mechanical aptitude for road machinery and equipment
- First Aid certificate
- Working at Heights
- MR licence required (HR desirable)
- A high regard for safe working practices
