**About Your New Role**

**Multicap in Melbourne**

Our Melbourne team, work beside their customers and families, where and when they are needed, with our work across the Eastern Suburbs and Surrounds. Our programs are delivered across Melbourne Metropolitan Region with our central Hub locked in Blackburn. The team are dedicated to empowering individuals to lead independent lives by providing activities in home and in local communities to promote an exciting environment for social connection and creativity like our Social Dinner Club, weekend activities and Short Team Accommodation Assistance as well as regular In-Home Supports. **About you**
- Demonstrate high levels of expertise in complex support environments including in home support, social clubs and community access
- Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Experience with health support, mealtime assistance, medication assistance including epilepsy management and diabetes management
- Have previous experience in implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and respond to emergent situations
- Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts and respond to the needs of customers

**What You Need**:

- A current Open Driver's Licence
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate from a registered training body
