ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a pivotal role where you will be a key player in the team shaping the delivery and future development of CA Study Masterclass (CASM). You will contribute to the success of CA Study Masterclass by coordinating seamless stakeholder communication, optimising delivery, and maintaining the high-quality data needed to continuously improve this essential product.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engaging with stakeholders and facilitating effective and friendly communication.
- Working collaboratively with the Logistics team to ensure successful delivery of all CASM operations.
- Maintaining key statistics essential for both operational delivery and insights.
- Take charge of coordinating key CASM events, managing the timetable, and assisting with product development and some marketing activities.

ABOUT YOU
- showcase your ability to work independently and collaboratively, empathise with stakeholders, and communicate effectively.
- bring a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach.
- be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite

You will ideally have experience in educational delivery and familiarity with the types of systems that support successful online education.
