Our amazing Greenway Views Village situated in Tuggeranong ACT is seeking suitably qualified Personal Care Assistants to join our team. Applicants for this role will require Certificate IV in Aged Care and experience working as a PCA in aged care or community care setting

**The Role**

Personal Carers at LDK will provide personal care and/or domestic assistance support services to residents as allocated. Your duties include but are not limited to:
Providing personal care as requested by the resident and in line with the resident’s care plan (where documented)

Understanding and implementing care plans, assisting with the delivery of range of activities (social, physical, emotional) for our residents

**About you**

Our Personal Care Assistants will have demonstrating experience in a similar role as well as:

- Certificate IV in Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Modules equivalent to Module CHCC305C (assist clients with medication) is** essential**
- First aid / CPR certificates
- Previous experience working in community or aged care would be highly regarded
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
