Waitstaff and Runners at The Sackville

RSA Required
Experience preferred but not essential
Our story starts in 1876 when the building was opened as the Bellevue Hotel. The first plot twist came in 1900 when the new owner, James Kavanaugh, renamed it The Sackville after his not-so-local birthplace in Scotland, but the regulars quickly forgave him. His wife took over the pub in 1903 when he passed away and The Sacky has been at the heart of the Rozelle community ever since
We’re not sure how The Sackville story ends, but for now, the moral stays the same: Sharing stories over delicious food and drink is time well spent. And we’d love for you to join us.
