Now, we’re looking for **Experienced Supervisor/Team Members** to join the crew and help us deliver the Yiros Shop experience, every day.
**Job Description** The Role**

As an Experienced Supervisor/ Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of the day-to-day operations — bringing your skills, initiative, and customer-first mindset to every shift.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Preparing and serving our signature Greek Yiros and street food
- Delivering fast, friendly, and professional customer service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation
- Assisting with training and supporting junior staff
- Operating POS systems and handling cash
- Contributing to a positive team environment and helping achieve store goals
- Jumping in to help wherever needed — from prep to pack-up

**Qualifications** What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **6 months experience** in a fast-food or hospitality environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting
- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work across **days, nights, weekends and school holidays**:

- RSA & Food Safety Certificates (or willingness to obtain)

**Additional Information** Mandatory Requirements**
- Food Safety Certificate - I'm Alert Food Safety Course - FREE online
- Working rights - passport and visa grant for international workers
- RSA Certificate to be obtained within 30 days of commencing employment
