**Position Overview**: As a Composite Technician, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing of our high-performance boats, utilising infusion and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) lamination processes. This full-time position requires a deep understanding of composite materials and advanced lamination techniques to ensure the structural integrity and quality of our vessels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform infusion and RTM lamination processes with precision and accuracy.
- Prepare molds and tools for composite manufacturing, ensuring all materials and equipment are ready for use.
- Inspect and verify the quality of completed laminates, identifying and correcting any defects.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimise processes and improve product quality.
- Document and report on the lamination process, including material usage and quality control measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in composite manufacturing, specifically infusion and RTM lamination processes.
- Strong knowledge of composite materials, resin systems, and lamination techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and machinery related to composite manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
