**Primary Purpose**:
The purpose of this role is to:

- Provide advice and support to the Burbank Group of Companies in all matters pertaining to Health, Safety and environmental risk compliance. This will incorporate developing and delivering initiatives that align with HSE plan and integration of other supporting duties.

**Key Result Area**
- Provide HSE support to the Burbank group of companies.
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport with Burbank employees, contractors and suppliers.
- Keep abreast of HSE regulatory matters and inform the business via line manager.
- Assist in the preparation and the development of Burbank Health Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and strategies.
- Promote the Burbank values and standards in HSE management and awareness amongst staff, clients, contractors and suppliers.
- Assist in the development and collation of information about environmental sustainability matters to assist with management decisions.
- Lead or support HSE committees as required.
- Manage and maintain Risk & Compliance data bases and reporting.
- Coordinate or conduct training for staff and contractors.
- Conduct HSE Audits.
- Work closely with business units to resolve internal and client queries.
- Assist in the development of Burbank’s Health, Safety and Sustainability systems.
- Assist in the maintenance of HSE accreditations where required.
- Risk management - Develop & maintain Risk registers/profiles
- Manage and control hazards.'
- Ensure control are in place for any high-risk high consequence situations.
