**About the role**

This role will based at our Moonah branch on our trade counter and in the showroom performing a variety of jobs day to day including picking & packing orders, providing exceptional service and providing support to builders and homeowners to navigate their bathroom journey.

**Your day to day**
- Handling over-the-counter retail trade sales and customer quotes
- Undertaking pick packing, warehousing, and stock control activities
- Stock replenishment and stocktake cycle counters
- Provide advice and assist with the selection of bathroom products
- Use Reece internal CRM system

**About you**
- Previous customer service experience
- Proficient computer and system skills
- A team player, with exceptional safety awareness
- Clean full driver’s license
