In Commercial Banking (Property), we prioritize meeting client needs, serving businesses with commercial debt limits of up to $100 million for property. **Your impact**
As a vital member of the Relationship Management team, you'll conduct research and analysis, assessing our client's financial performance, investment profiles, project feasibility and industry insights. You will also perform financial modelling and assess risks and opportunities for new lending and credit increases.
**Do work that matters**
- Manage complex Commercial Property transactions within the Commercial Banking team.
- Maintain data quality, compliance, and reporting requirements for the portfolio.
- Conduct detailed analysis of client and industry-specific financial drivers to meet client needs.
- Identify, research, and compile information on new-to-bank prospects.
- Support the Relationship Executive by providing market research, client insights, and financial analysis.

We anticipate you can demonstrate experience or an understanding of the following:
- Passion for financial analysis skills, including balance sheet and P&L interpretation and/or understanding of property transactions and cash flow modelling.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and critical stakeholders, e.g. credit department, Group Lending Services etc.
- Critical Thinking and Ability to quickly grasp complex transactions
- A tertiary qualification
