Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Covering our Richmond VIC clinic, as the Retail Sales Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you are employed on a Monday to Friday, casual basis.

Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Full and comprehensive training provided
- Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
- Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
- Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
- Upsell of our products and services
- Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
- Processing orders and clinic stocktake

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in clinic
- Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
- Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
- Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
- Strong organisational and administrational skills
