**Inbound Team Member**

8 Hour Shift, 4 Days a Week.

**About the Role**
We are seeking an **Inbound Team Member** to join our dynamic and fast-paced **cold chain logistics depot**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt and intake of temperature-sensitive goods, ensuring all activities comply with **GMP standards** and **cold chain requirements**. Your work will directly support the safe storage of pharmaceuticals, biologics, and medical products, and your strong **data entry skills** will help maintain accurate, compliant inventory records.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Inbound Operations**:

- Receive and prioritise incoming goods in line with **FIFO (First-In, First-Out)** procedures
- Inspect shipments for damage and verify accuracy against documentation
- Operate and report on **temperature data loggers** to ensure cold chain integrity
- Process goods into **quarantine** and escalate any discrepancies or issues
- Accurately enter inbound details into the **electronic Warehouse Management System (eWMS)**:

- Communicate with couriers regarding any damaged, delayed, or non-compliant shipments
- Ensure all work complies with **GMP/GWP/GCP** requirements for storage and handling

**General Warehouse Duties**:

- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and temperature control within the warehouse
- Comply with **Workplace Health and Safety (WHS)** procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily operational targets
- Support inventory management and participate in stocktaking or cycle counting activities as needed
- Assist the outbound and other warehouse teams when required operationally.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate or Diploma in logistics, warehousing, or a related field (preferred)
- GMP training or prior experience in a regulated environment (desirable)

**Experience**:

- 1+ year in a warehouse or logistics role, ideally within **pharmaceutical, medical, clinical, or scientific** industries
- Knowledge of **cold chain logistics** and **3PL operations**:

- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and **Warehouse Management Systems (eWMS)**

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Strong **data entry accuracy** and documentation skills
- High attention to detail and organisational ability
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Adaptable, proactive, and professional under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
