**Job description**:
Our client has an opportunity for a Workshop Technician to join their team on full-time, permanent basis, based in Inverness.

As the Workshop Technician you will be required to service and repair products in a workshop environment and provide basic first line remote support.

Key Responsibilities
- Repair and service of a diverse range of products
- Routine maintenance and repair of underwater lights
- Sole responsibilty to complete task and record time, parts used and details of work undertaken
- Telephone support to customers
- Technical support to the sales team
- May be required to perform other duties resulting from organisational change, restructuring or temporary re-assignment of work.

Skills & Experience
- Exposure to electrical, electronic or mechanical equipment
- HNC/HND in electrical or electronic engineering or recognised technical apprenticeship
- Support of, or direct involvement in maintenance and repair of electrical, electronic or mechanical equipment
- Basic IT and networking experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Full driving licence
