**The role**

We are currently seeking a Payroll Officer to join our supportive team in either a permanent full time or part time capacity.

As a Payroll Officer, you will be part of a team responsible for the accurate and timely end-to-end processing of the Adbri employee pays.

**Responsibilities**
- Payroll processing and reconciliations for multiple runs per month
- Complete ownership of a group of complex pay runs which impacts multiple businesses
- Working collaboratively with HR business partners and multiple internal stakeholders
- Identify process improvement and streamlining opportunities for implementation
- Interpretation of awards and enterprise agreements

**What you will need to succeed**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience processing multiple end to end pay runs
- Experience using Chris 21 desirable, but not essential
- Proven capacity for continuous improvement and implementing change
- Demonstrated success in balancing the discipline and methodical routine of payroll with the versatility of keeping up to date with contemporary payroll practices
- Full Australian driver's license and access to personal transportation is advantageous for this role
