**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional retail experiences? We’re seeking a motivated **Retail Store Manager** to lead our growing team in Western Australia. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and ensuring operational excellence in ICT products retail environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the store
- Drive sales and manage KPIs to meet revenue targets
- Coach, mentor, and manage staff to foster team success
- Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate stock control
- Uphold store presentation and compliance with company standards
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
- Experience with POS systems and stock management
- A results-driven attitude with a customer-first mindset

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
