Cannoleria is hiring several Store Managers to join our team.

Locations needed urgently:

- Grazeland - Spotswood (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- Highpoint shopping centre (Thursday ,Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Our business is growing and we are on the hunt for awesome individuals to join our small but growing team at Cannoleria.
- Our business is expanding so the opportunities are endless. Who knows, you could be the next Area Manager.
- Few different locations available
- Mostly morning/day shifts (mínimal numbers of stores open late at night)
- Being part of a fun and growing team
- Training provided

Cannoleria is a unique concept that specialises in the traditional Sicilian dessert, Cannoli.

A brand that celebrates the Sicilian treat by incorporating traditionally made ricotta with seasonal and natural products to create an endless variety of flavours. This makes our concept the first of its type

With six shops around Melbourne, more to come, and an Events Department busier than ever, our business is rapidly expanding.

Ideal Qualities and Skills
- 5 Years Experience in hospitality or retail management. You will be training and managing several store assistants.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Must be confident with food handling (filling fresh Cannoli using a piping bag is a big part of the job)
- Many locations are available around Melbourne.
- Must be available to work on weekends and some public holidays. (penalty rates apply)
- A passion and knowledge for good food and Italian culture
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build a strong rapport with your peers
- Motivated, positive team player with attention to detail
- Good housekeeping skills
- Exceptional hygiene

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 25-38 per week

**Salary**: Up to $38.00 per hour
