This role will work with an Assistant Director to deliver the Indigenous Apprenticeship Program and APS Campuses Program. Under the direction of an Assistant Director within HR and be. part of part of the Recruitment and Payroll Services team to provide a specialist support team

The BA or junior BA in this role will need to have relevant qualifications and/or experience in Business Analysis. and previous experience in project support.
- Coordinating all on-boarding activities including keeping warm strategies. Review of onboarding best practices for the programs.
- University liaison role which includes attending careers fairs, developing and maintaining university stakeholder relationships
- Program review, evaluation, and future program development. Responsible for review at the end of each program, sourcing feedback from all stakeholders. Develop and maintain evaluation for future programs based on program feedback and review
- Coordinating program training course inquiries from program participants or from any relevant stakeholder
- Assist with and deliver program training information to placement team leaders
- Coordinate and track probation, attendance, and performance. Working alongside the participant's work placement team leaders. Arrange and lead performance check-ins and provide regular feedback that has been sourced from team leaders, learning and development, and observation
