We’re an up and coming New Home Builder building homes in the greater Sydney region. Here at Meridian Homes, we are a family business and we pride ourselves on our team culture, positive attitudes and watching our staff grow. Tasks include:

- Managing the operation and daily running of our busy display home, especially on weekends.
- Working closely with our inbound sales enquiries to qualify prospects and present suitable home options to our customers.
- Liaising with external staff such as land agents, solicitors and financiers to assist in closing sales in a timely manner.
- Presenting and closing tenders and building contracts to our customers.
- Visiting clients and developers on site to assist in the sales process.
- Assist Sales Manager with reports and paperwork as required.

Skills and Experience
- You have experience working in Sales with KPI’s i.e. you’re not afraid of targets and working towards them.
- You have had direct exposure to residential construction in your previous working career.
- You’re motivated and happy to work autonomously at times.
- You have exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
- You’re open to learning new ways of doing things and approach problems with a “lets find a solution” attitude.
- You are an organiser who excels with their time management skills.
- You don’t mind doing out of office hours where required.
