**About The Role**:
As a Broker Assistant or Trainee/Junior Broker, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Senior Broking Team. Working with a diverse range of domestic and commercial clients across various industries, you'll gain invaluable exposure to different clients and risks. Your tasks will include assisting with new business, renewals, endorsements, policy documentation, claims, and more. As a business that values unique strengths and interests, they allow some flexibility in tailoring the role to suit you.

**About You**:
With at least 12 months of insurance experience, you're ready to embark on a fulfilling long-term career in the industry. You are client-oriented and take pride in delivering high quality service. Your organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication will set you up for success in this role. Importantly, you love being part of a friendly and collaborative team.
