**About the Role**:
Become a valued member of our team with this Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member position at Sussan. Your day will consist of creating an exceptional customer experience, providing styling advice and offering recommendations, assisting with stock deliveries and visual merchandising, and working collaboratively with your team to achieve store sales targets and KPI’s.

It's important to note that this position has a set schedule of days and hours per week, operating on a rotating roster over a fortnight.

**Week One - 15.15 Hours**:
Sunday 9:45am - 4:15pm | Monday 11am - 2pm | Wednesday 11am - 2pm | Thursday 6pm - 9:15pm

**Week Two - 12 Hours**:
Monday 12pm - 3pm | Thursday 11am - 2pm | Friday 11am - 2pm | Saturday 11am - 2pm

This is a Supervisory role which involves overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
