Swissôtel Sydney, part of Accor’s international network, have an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Food & Beverage Attendants**to join our all day dining restaurant Ten Stories.
- Support the daily operations of the outlet and assist the Management team in the effective and efficient running of the restaurant.
- Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt service to all guests, both in-house and external, ensuring a high standard of hospitality.
- Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests respectfully, offering menu recommendations and assistance through meaningful interactions.
- Consistently adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures related to the venue’s service and operations.
- Maximise seating efficiency and guest flow through effective multitasking and clear communication with the management team.
- Accurately process financial transactions and carry out end-of-day closing procedures in line with company policies and standards.

**Qualifications**
- The ability to demonstrate and deliver luxury service
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Hands-on and customer focused
- Approachable, charismatic, and fun
- Product knowledge of menu and dining trend
- High level of attention to detail
- ** Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card**
