An amazing opportunity exists to become a longer term member of the care team for a young adult adolescent male who requires support work as part of their NDIS Plan.

To be considered in this role, we require you to hold:

- Certificate IV in Disability, Community Service, Age Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate and CPR
- NDIS Workers Orientation (preferred)
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Fully COVID Vaccinated (Triple vaccinated) with evidence
- Current full Driver’s license

Competencies and Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role - Minimum of 24 months relevant experience
- Previous experience supporting People with Disability.
- Demonstrated proficient written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with mínimal supervision, and collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to effectively prioritise and organise own work / caseload.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, quality improvement and evidence-based practice.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

- Flexible hours
- Shift work
